- Strong understanding of IT/OT requirements for implementing innovative solutions, including expertise with web platforms, low-code technologies, and cloud-based products.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
- Sharp problem-solving skills with a knack for tackling complex challenges and turning them into opportunities.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
