We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Orange Business. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Functional Specification Development: Create detailed functional specifications in MS Excel to document existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Modeling and Documentation: Develop documentation and modeling of tables for data representation on new Word and Snowflake sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with Informatica Cloud developers to test and validate work on Snowflake DB, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation and Communication: Develop documentation to support communication with users and external support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Development Planning and Support: Participate in development planning tasks at Jira and provide support for required tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Pharmaceutical Environment Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable but not essential.
- Language Skills: Fluent communication in English and French (some meetings may be partially conducted in French, although the main working language is English).
- Communication and Synthesis Skills: Strong communication and synthesis skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Independence and Precision: Ability to work independently, be quick and direct in meetings, and precise in documentation and communication.
- Attention to Detail: Respect for formats, attention to detail, and smooth communication in case of errors or rectifications.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Snowflake or experience with SQL relational database languages, knowledge of table modeling and design of simple relational models, and experience working with agile methodologies and Jira ticket management and handling.
- Informatica Cloud Experience: Knowledge of Informatica Cloud or previous experience in development is valuable but not mandatory.
