About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Coordinator at a 5-star resort in Vietnam. As a key member of our front office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and ensure a warm and personalized welcome
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues to guests
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Address customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Record information in the logbook daily to maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Perform other related duties in the front office department as required
