Job Description:

Accor Hotels is seeking a skilled Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our services, handling complaints and incidents, and developing high-quality relationships with guests to encourage loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of Guest Services
  • Handle complaints, incidents, and accidents occurring in the hotel
  • Develop high-quality relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
  • Manage and motivate the teams to upsell and ensure that the rates given match the instructions received

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system
  • Ability to speak other languages, preferably Russian
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guests feel welcome during their stay
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
