Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Newco Communications. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients in the payment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone apps in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers via calls and emails with inquiries, complaints, and problem resolutions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed and accurate records for future reference.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless customer service.
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch or Flemish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Good knowledge of English to effectively communicate with colleagues and handle customer interactions.
  • Ability to maintain security procedures around sensitive data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
