Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless administrative management of our employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

You will work closely with our managers and employees to provide administrative support and ensure our standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and collaborative office environment, allowing our employees to focus on their core job.

You will also play a crucial role in spreading our corporate culture through regular initiatives, leading team-building events, and raising awareness about our culture through onboarding sessions and training managers.

As a versatile and organized individual, you will be able to enjoy both the rigor and focus needed to carry out administrative tasks and the creativity and boldness required to lead our team-buildings.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR projects in collaboration with your manager, such as improving the onboarding program, building a salary benchmark, or organizing internal trainings.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on administrative, happiness, and office management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and friendly environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a series of interviews and practical exercises, including a discovery call, an interview in visio, a practical case presentation, and an interview in visio covering soft skills and cultural fit.
