Our EGS Claims operations are looking for a Senior Supervisor to lead the team responsible for Provider Claims activity. This is a management position that requires a strong leader who can motivate individuals and teams to achieve productivity, turn-around-time, quality, and client satisfaction targets.
Your Job
As a Global Provider Senior Supervisor Claims, you will be responsible for the LATAM cluster, serving as the point of contact across different Business Operations Bases. You will also oversee claim processing for the IOH Book of Business. Your role will involve managing a team of circa 35 full-time equivalents (FTEs) supported by two Claims Supervisors and one Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Your responsibilities will extend beyond day-to-day management, focusing on enhancing the service proposition, improving efficiencies, and boosting productivity within your team. You will contribute to our overall operations strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change through innovation. Your role will report directly to the Head of PSO Claims & Adjustment Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate individuals and teams to achieve agreed-upon productivity, turn-around-time, quality, and client satisfaction targets
- Create an environment that encourages success, inspiring your team while developing them to the next level
- Closely collaborate with the PSO and Provider Network teams
- Ensure timely performance management actions, effective recruitment, and succession planning
- Contribute to change and innovation, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement within the team and claims processes
- Use data insights to challenge day-to-day operations and foster a continuous improvement mindset
