Our portfolio includes Storfast deep lane, ultra high density Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), designed to meet the demands of modern warehouses.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Warehouse Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and modifying software for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from Siemens and Allen Bradley.
- Integrating and setting up automation components, including motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and encoders.
- Assisting the workshop in setting up machines before delivery to sites.
- Collaborating with the Site Manager and Project Manager on site to check and test installations before commissioning.
- Commissioning and assisting on site with system setup.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A senior electromechanical technician or similar education in Mechatronics.
- Proficiency in English.
- Travel availability is essential.
- Understanding of PLC architectural style.
- Good understanding of electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of automation technologies, including motors, sensors, VFDs, etc.
**Preferred Experience**
Experience in industrial automation is highly desirable.
