We are seeking a highly skilled Global Pricing Manager to join our Global Commercial team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive topline growth while ensuring global consistency across different regions and channels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Pricing Optimization: Lead the annual price increase process, implementing and monitoring brand pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  2. New Product Pricing: Collaborate with brands to define launch pricing strategies, ensuring global positioning and consistency.
  3. Pricing Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt global pricing strategies to local contexts.
Requirements
  1. Experience: +2 years of experience in Pricing and/or Revenue Management.
  2. Education: University degree in Economics, BA, or similar.
  3. Languages: Spanish and English are required; French is a plus.
  4. Competencies: Accuracy, analytical skills (advanced Excel user), drive for results, communication skills (impact and influence), teamwork, and cooperation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing strategies and market trends, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
