The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial department, you'll be responsible for optimizing our revenue through intelligent and progressive business strategies that make the most of our resources and partnerships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and run pricing & promotion strategies and plans that will result in optimal financial outcomes and support broader price perception objectives, in coordination with Commercial and Operations.
  • Act as an adviser, support, and coordinator to leverage expertise and tools on pricing across and towards regions.
  • Support the team as a consultant to refine strategies based on market conditions and business performance and develop financial goals and objectives for key initiatives.
  • Identify trends and parameters that affect the price elasticity for customers and drivers whilst monitoring competitors.
  • Apply price experiments, validate the findings, and adjust accordingly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Top-level English, both from written and oral perspectives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ace problem-solving skills.
  • A friendly and upbeat personality.
  • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies.

  • Start-up experience, as the ideal candidate must be able to understand the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration will be considered a strong asset.
