About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Provides initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
  • Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
Requirements

We are open to welcoming newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details
  • Fluency in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher)
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace
  • Strong team player, collaborative, and ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated and able to influence others
  • Flexible, adaptable, but focused and persistent
  • Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload
