Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
- Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Provides initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meets with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how our company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts and identify key decision makers for future sales.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
- Open to newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and in English (B2 or higher).
- Additional language skills are appreciated.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
- Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
