About the Role

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify their clinical needs and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
Requirements
  • Open to newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and in English (B2 or higher). Additional language skills are appreciated.
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
