About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions.
Requirements:

We are open to welcoming newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electrophysiology area. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details
  • Fluency in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher)
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace
  • Strong team player with collaborative and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to influence others
  • Flexible and adaptable with a focus on results
