The successful candidate will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
  • Educating customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device.
  • Attending cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Providing initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
