Job Title: Field Services Engineer

Delta Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Field Services Engineer to join its team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our service operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of remote and on-site service activities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and maintenance of service content for supporting remote and on-site service activities, collaborating closely with R&D, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
  • Development and upkeep of the service knowledge base.
  • Effective communication of identified product issues to Quality and R&D teams.
  • Planning and conducting training sessions for Authorized Service Partners.
  • Occasional on-site support for commissioning and complex technical issues.
  • Support for product design improvement.
  • Participation in global projects and solutions development activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with UPS and data center solutions.
  • Good technical understanding with a focus on power and infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical details at both a high level and in simple terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field.
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end service processes.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel.
