Job Title: Service Delivery Senior Specialist

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial systems team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing cycles for purchasing functionality in our Coupa and SAP MM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Coupa and SAP MM systems to meet customer requirements
  • Create functional requirements for application design and testing
  • Implement and support integration from Coupa with third-party systems
  • Manage cXML integration between Coupa and vendors
  • Support end-users and resolve problems and incidents
  • Assure requirements evolution and continuous improvement of Coupa
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering
  • More than 5 years' experience in consultancy roles working in IT implementation projects for Coupa and ERP/Finance systems
  • Knowledge of SAP system in the area of Material Management and Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of Purchasing support function
  • Fluent English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams
