Job Title: Service Delivery Senior Specialist

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial systems team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing cycles for purchasing functionality in our Coupa and SAP MM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct configuration activities to customize Coupa and SAP MM systems for customer requirements
  • Create functional requirements for application design
  • Test new functionality to ensure business continuity
  • Implement and support integration from Coupa with third-party systems
  • Configure and maintain cXML integration between Coupa and vendors
  • Manage Coupa releases and support end-users
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering
  • More than 5 years' experience in consultancy roles working on IT implementation projects for Coupa and ERP/Finance systems
  • Knowledge of SAP system in Material Management and Accounts Payable
  • Fluent English
