Job Title: Service Delivery Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Senior Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing our financial systems, specifically Coupa and SAP MM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and test cycles for purchasing functionality in our system to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Define Budget to Pay processes with Coupa solution and integrate it with other solutions in our finance landscape.
  • Conduct configuration activities to customize Coupa & SAP MM according to customer requirements.
  • Create functional requirements for application design and test new functionality to ensure business continuity.
  • Implement and support integration from Coupa with third-party systems, such as Ironclad, Celonis, LBC, GRC, BW, and Click.
  • Configure and maintain cXML integration between Coupa for vendors.
  • Manage Coupa Release (DBT cycle) and support end-users.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering.
  • More than 5 years' experience in consultancy roles working on IT implementation projects for Coupa and integrations with ERP/Finance Systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP system in Material Management and Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of Purchasing support function.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
