Join Our Team of Visionaries

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our Digital Pathology business development team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and implementing our DP strategy in the region. Your expertise in Healthcare IT and sales will be instrumental in winning new business and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy to capture market share
  • Develop and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Partner with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth
  • Liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share
  • Support the tender response team on technical application processes
Requirements
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in the Healthcare IT environment, including knowledge of technologies, products, and processes
  • Strong understanding of LIS, HIS, PACS, and other hospital and laboratory IT systems
