Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our expansion by identifying new business opportunities across various industries. You'll engage with professionals, understand their growth needs, and collaborate with our teams to craft customized digital strategies that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect new clients in the physical business sector.
  • Present our website creation services convincingly and explain the benefits they bring to businesses.
  • Establish and maintain trustful relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and the latest trends in at least one of our offered services.
Requirements
  • Mastery of the primary language (Spanish), encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the B2B services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish trustful relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one of our service categories: Web Development, Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Search Engine Optimization, Graphic Design, Print Design, App Development, Business Consulting, Software Development.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment and work under pressure.

Your compensation will depend not only on your experience but also on your monthly results.

Additionally, the best sellers from our team can expect to be considered for a fixed, full-time contract with Luwn. It's important to note that even if your contract starts as commission-based, we are seeking individuals who are committed and eager to secure a permanent position with us.
