About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team at LUWN Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Actively engage with professionals and businesses to understand their growth needs and develop customized digital strategies to meet their goals.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain trustful relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and the latest developments in digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Mastery of the primary language (English), encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish trustful relationships with clients.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the B2B services sector.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment and work under pressure.
  • Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of at least one of our service categories: Web Development, Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Strategy, Search Engine Optimization, Graphic Design, Print Design, App Development, Business Consulting, Software Development.
