At Leica Biosystems, we're driven by a mission to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. As a Sales Specialist for Digital Pathology, you'll play a crucial role in developing the growth of our regional Digital Pathology business in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy, focusing on market share capture.
  • Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage sales opportunities in large and medium-sized competitive accounts across the full funnel process.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth.
  • Liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution.
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share.
  • Support the tender response team on technical application processes.
  • Communicate the impact of Vision 24 to customers and represent the winning characteristics of Leica versus competitors.
  • Apply DBS tools to maximize results and optimizations.
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, including knowledge of technologies, products, processes, and selling/purchasing with the hospital environment.
  • Competitor and market awareness.
  • Experience in Imaging and Digital Pathology is an advantage.
