Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring that our Salesforce solutions align with our business needs and support our overall roadmap. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and document detailed specifications for Salesforce projects.

Primarily working with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, you'll focus on maximizing the use of these products and identifying areas for improvement. You'll also be responsible for facilitating requirement and solution workshops, analyzing business functions to determine operational objectives, and providing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements for Salesforce projects.
  2. Facilitation: Lead and facilitate requirement and solution workshops to gather insights and drive solutions.
  3. Operational Analysis: Study business functions to determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats.
  4. Requirements Translation: Convert business requirements into functional specifications and process flows, analyzing both the 'As is' and 'To be' landscapes to drive improvements.
  5. Support & Training: Provide support and training to end-users to enhance adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.
