Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager role at PVcase is a crucial position for the entire marketing team. This role focuses on optimizing our tech stack, tracking performance, and ensuring the team's operational success translates into business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management Work cross-functionally with sales management and the sales development team to drive success in lead management and track and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing automation specialists to develop and manage workflows, system processes, and permission levels in Hubspot.
  • Assist with execution of key processes in Hubspot and salesforce automation, including lead scoring, lead assignment, nurturing, and more.
  • Measure and Report Own the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the marketing funnel from lead to customer and deliver regular insights to the business.
  • Create and maintain executive summaries and dashboards on active marketing performance tied to business impact metrics, including website/social media dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Help create processes that drive speed and efficiency in systems to measure marketing ROI and sales effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing attribution model and reporting.
  • Manage Database Work closely with marketing automation specialists to develop and oversee quality assurance on data governance process across marketing datasets and vendors to ensure data is complete for segmentation and targeting of campaigns.
  • Identify data inconsistencies across sales and marketing tech stack and implement sound solutions to improve and maintain the marketing database.
  • Use data augmentation tools to improve the quality of the database as required.
  • Manage Marketing Technology Stack Constantly evaluate and make recommendations regarding the marketing technology stack to drive demand generation goals across all marketing functions.
  • Manage and report on marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations role.
  • Strong ownership over team metrics and processes.
  • Measures everything.
  • Curious mind and love learning.
  • Proactive self-starter, hard working, precise, and persistent.
  • Experience working with Excel, G-Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slite, and other marketing and sales technology.
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing).
  • Fluency or bilingual level of English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
