Marketing Operations Manager Role at PVcase

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at PVcase. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing team by finding and optimizing our tech stack, tracking performance, and ensuring operational success translates into business results.

**Responsibilities**

* Work cross-functionally with sales management and the sales development team to drive success in lead management and track and improve funnel efficiency, including education and training as required.
* Collaborate with the marketing automation specialist to develop and manage workflows, system processes, and permission levels in Hubspot.
* Assist with the execution of key processes in Hubspot and salesforce automation, including lead scoring, lead assignment, nurturing, and more.
* Own the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the marketing funnel from lead to customer and deliver regular insights to the business.
* Create and maintain executive summaries and dashboards on active marketing performance tied to business impact metrics, including website/social media dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
* Help create processes that drive speed and efficiency in systems to measure marketing ROI and sales effectiveness.
* Manage marketing attribution models and reporting.
* Work closely with the marketing automation specialist to develop and oversee quality assurance on data governance processes across marketing datasets and vendors to ensure data is as complete as possible for segmentation and targeting of campaigns.
* Identify data inconsistencies across sales and marketing tech stacks and implement sound solutions to improve and maintain the marketing database.
* Use data augmentation tools to improve the quality of the database as required.
* Constantly evaluate and make recommendations regarding the marketing technology stack to drive demand generation goals across all marketing functions.
* Manage and report on marketing budget.

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
* Strong ownership over team metrics and processes.
* Measurable everything.
* Curious mind and love learning.
* Proactive self-starter, hard working, precise, and persistent - get the job done, but never feel like it's completely done.
* Experience working with Excel, G-Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slite, and other marketing and sales technology.
* Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing).
* Fluency or bilingual level of English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
* Enjoy technology, figuring out how it works, and how the business can get more out of it.
* Analytical thinker and problem solver, figuring out what performance numbers are telling us and suggesting a better way forward.
* Collaborative team player, working across the marketing team and key departments such as Sales, RevOps, and Operations, at all levels.
* Creative thinking, generating innovative ideas.
* Strong public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to large, senior-level groups, with solid writing skills.
* Understanding ICPs and Buyer Personas: Deep customer insights, proven record in customer segmentation, analysis. Ability to bring up new frameworks, suggestions.

**Salary Range**

Starting from 55,000 Euros/year gross. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
