Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to deliver value.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Cloud Solutions: Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to position and sell Microsoft cloud solutions to customers, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage, and maintain high daily activity levels.
- Education: High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success, minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
- Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred.
- Remuneration: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
