About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at PVcase. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing legal guidance and support to our company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various legal matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, employment agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and develop effective compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with external counsel as needed to manage litigation and disputes involving the company.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials on relevant legal topics to enhance legal awareness and promote compliance across the organization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align legal initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of EU commercial law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel or attorney with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international law firm, corporate, and/or business environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
