Job Summary:
Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating discussions to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
• Assist managers with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment laws.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
• Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with the HR/L+D Trainers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including ER-related training.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations or a related area.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
