SailPoint is a leading provider of identity security solutions, helping organizations protect their digital assets and users. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. You will work closely with a team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for SailPoint's solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and revenue
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on SailPoint's offerings and industry trends
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of digital sales techniques and SaaS opportunity creation & sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
As a Digital Sales Representative at SailPoint, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
