About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Developer to join our team at Venair Iberica. As a key member of our global commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, planning, production, and business analysis teams to gain a deep understanding of our products and company philosophy.
  2. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  3. Project Management: Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
  4. Commercial Proposals: Develop and finalize commercial proposals to drive business growth and expansion.
  5. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  6. Sales Analysis and CRM: Analyze sales data and manage CRM systems to identify trends and opportunities.
  7. Market Exploration: Proactively identify new business opportunities and conduct market prospecting.
  8. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Market Research, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Commitment: Willingness to stay in an international branch for a minimum of 2 years.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are highly valued.
  4. Mobility: Preferably, own a vehicle.
  5. Skillset: Strong learning ability, proactive approach, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
