Customer Service Specialist DACH

Your responsibilities will include processing and monitoring customers\u2019 purchasing orders, ensuring effective service and administrative support for assigned customers, and providing delivery commitment to customers. You will also manage invoice creation, corrections, and returns, as well as receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, as well as working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook. Native or fluent level of German and English is required, as well as flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes.
