Drive business growth by identifying and engaging with key accounts through a multi-channel approach, leveraging your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and engagement with our clients, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop solutions.

With a strong focus on customer intimacy and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, you will be a valuable asset to our team and play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a biological science or related field
  • 2-5 years of inside sales experience, lead generation, and customer relationship development and management
  • Proficiency in English (German a plus)
  • CRM skills and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective written and interpersonal skills
