Marketing Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at Holded. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Holded's business objectives, target market, and brand positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of Holded's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and events.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns, communications, and customer relationship management.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute product marketing initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and positioning.
  • Data-driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts and drive overall business success.

About You:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as VP of Marketing or similar role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for SMB or SaaS companies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
