Purpose of Role:In this role, you will be the face of our brand and will provide an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction, guiding the customer through the sales process until a successful conclusion. You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading expert consultations in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct expert advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
- Receive leads from our marketing team.
- Be responsible for the pre-sales processes and ensure a positive experience for the customer.
- Carry out the sales processes while maintaining a focus on the customer's positive experience.
- Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both voice and written) in French (C2 level).
- High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets.
- Customer-centric and problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail and sales affinity.
- Motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
38.5 hours per week temporary contract, Monday to Sunday. Shifts between 8am and 8pm.
Salary: €19,743 gross/year + up to €1,800 gross/year target bonuses.
