We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid.

**Job Responsibilities**

Your role as Project Manager will involve:
- Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements; tracking milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders by preparing and delivering regular project status reports.
- Developing event schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing the execution of events to ensure they meet organizational standards and objectives.
- Supporting the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborating with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.
- Strategically managing and leading institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Supporting the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.
- Leading and implementing the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in talent management or related fields.
- Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines. A Master's Degree from a top University will be valued.
- Experience in communication plans will be valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.

The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
