Your role will involve providing excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs, and basic sales skills like upselling and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating when necessary.

We are seeking highly empathetic individuals with good time management skills, who are self-motivated and resistant to stress. Your excellent communication and listening skills will enable you to work effectively in a team and adapt to different situations and needs. The ability to think logically and work on your own initiative is also essential.

The salary for this position is estimated at $30,000 - $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Working hours are 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
