Sales Representative

We are Ignion, a pioneering company in the IoT space, revolutionizing the industry with our innovative Virtual Antenna technology and the Oxion antenna design platform. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to the sales team members, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and partners.
- Drive data accuracy and quality, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Team, Distributors, and SMB Customers to address inquiries and requests.
- Manage projects from AIC submission to successful sales cycles, fostering conversion and qualification stages.
- Conduct regular Opportunity reconciliation and contribute to accurate pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and operations to process improvements, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements within the Sales Team by leveraging deep understanding of data content.
- Update monthly POS into Salesforce to ensure constant revenue tracking of EMEA opportunities.
- Maintain contact databases in Salesforce and Outlook to enhance communication efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication through the development and use of standardized email templates.
- Support the implementation of best practices for Salesforce utilization within the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing technical questions via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Be the expert in Virtual Antenna technology during sales activities, such as customer calls, visits, or conferences.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience and a deep understanding of IoT technology.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant tools and technologies.
