Inside Sales Representative - EMEA

We are Ignion, a pioneering company in the IoT space, revolutionizing the industry with our innovative Virtual Antenna technology and the Oxion antenna design platform. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the sales team members, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Drive data accuracy and quality, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales Team, Distributors, and SMB Customers to address inquiries and requests.
  • Manage projects from AIC submission to successful sales cycles, fostering conversion and qualification stages.
  • Conduct regular Opportunity reconciliation and contribute to accurate pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and operations to process improvements, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements within the Sales Team by leveraging deep understanding of data content.
  • Update monthly POS into Salesforce to ensure constant revenue tracking of EMEA opportunities.
  • Maintain contact databases in Salesforce and Outlook to enhance communication efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication through the development and use of standardized email templates.
  • Support the implementation of best practices for Salesforce utilization within the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing technical questions via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Be the expert in Virtual Antenna technology during sales activities, such as customer calls, visits, or conferences.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience and a deep understanding of IoT technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant tools and technologies.
