As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

In this role, you will be working on a project that requires accuracy and attention to detail, dealing with questions from credit card holders and ensuring the security and protection of credit card details.

Responsibilities:

* Answer questions about secure payment methods, credit card balances, and changes to cardholder information
* Explain and help with solutions for payment refusals
* Analyze possibly fraudulent transactions with cardholders

Requirements:

* Native-level proficiency in French (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification
* Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker
* Strong communication and social skills
* Positive attitude toward changes
* Service-minded
* Team player
* Strong listening skills
* Solution-oriented approach without losing an eye for detail
* Ability to solve things independently and take ownership of your work
