Job Summary:
The Client Renewal Representative will be responsible for handling and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure the renewal of their contracts. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to create customized pitches and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand customers' current license position at the company, leading with cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
- Be able to address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Leverage various environments, including social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments, to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English (B2).
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Working experience selling cloud solutions, such as Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
