Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at RateGain. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the UK market, focusing on selling to individual hotels or small hotel groups.
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities, and deliver an integrated approach to business development framework.
  • Define and drive the sales strategy for the UK market, with a focus on data-driven decision making and speed and volume.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline and constantly feed it with new leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and participate in market visits, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth handover and onboarding of new customers.
  • Assist the market head in marketing efforts, including B2B marketing, webinars, trade show participation, and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Strong Tech Sales background with experience in the SaaS Travel Industry.
  • English mother tongue or fluent, with any extra language spoken being a plus.
  • Existing portfolio of contacts (hotels) and good understanding of the UK hotel market.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, including cold calling and new customer acquisition.
  • History of over quota performance against assigned company goals.
  • Experience managing new business, add-on, and renewal sales channels.
  • Affinity for technology sales and ability to convey business value from technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients.
  • Strong empathy and passion for customers and revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction type sales environment.
