About the Role

The Solution Consultant - Platform Expert will play a pivotal role within the FNZ Group's Solution Consulting team, providing expertise and leadership in various areas. This position requires individuals who are consistently focused on delivering solutions, can navigate complex problems and environments, possess strong technology, analytical, and data interpretation skills, take responsibility for customer outcomes, and are comfortable with high levels of customer and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and assistance for assigned FNZ client projects
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define propositions and product requirements
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of Platform Operating Models and provide guidance to customers on best practices
  • Be an expert in the Model Wealth Solution and manage the configuration process
  • Document all customer requirements and ensure they are met
  • Ensure quality assurance of solution documentation
  • Deliver training programs and consultancy services to customers
  • Offer expertise in the regulatory environment to guide customers
  • Be knowledgeable about the platform market and provide internal support
Requirements
  • First-class degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in business analysis/consulting
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and capability development
  • Confidence and initiative in a client-focused environment
  • Independent and delivery-focused work style
  • Superior analytical thinking
  • Commercial awareness
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and time management abilities
  • Strong team communication skills
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
Preferred Industry Knowledge
  • Experience in consulting, analysis, or architecture
  • Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, and/or pensions products and markets
  • Expertise in at least 4 functional areas of the FNZ platform
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and upcoming changes
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services/wealth delivery or consulting
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
