Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our European HR Services Team in Barcelona, Spain.
Main Responsibilities- Manage administration and payroll tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland, working closely with colleagues and a payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes.
- Respond to HR and Payroll-related queries from employees and managers, providing timely and effective support.
- Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation, including contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits.
- Participate in local and global projects that require HR services expertise, contributing to the success of our organization.
- Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain, UK, and Ireland.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, with other language skills a plus.
- Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
