Job Title: Implementation Consultant

At Baxter Planning, we are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the tactical executable tasks for our overall project implementation, including requirement/data validation and system configuration for new client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers as the main technical point of contact and ensure a successful implementation project.
  • Collect and review project requirements with customers and work directly with team and customers to determine, design and implement the software solutions.
  • Act in a consultative capacity, advising customers on best practices and alternative design decisions to support a higher degree of flexibility in future configuration changes, as well as to utilize the capabilities of the software being implemented.
  • Manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple customers at the same time across multiple time zones.
  • Keep well-documented requirements gathered from customers and provide weekly updates.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for customer requirements.
  • Handle all migration responsibilities for Go-live.
  • Coordinate with different teams (DevOps, Production Support, R&D, etc).
Requirements:
  • Outstanding analytical skills, communication skills, be organized, detail oriented, and flexible.
  • Ability to work multiple implementation projects at the same time and across time zones.
