About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Product team in Barcelona. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers to implement our Drug Safety Triager (DST) software, a next-generation pharmacovigilance (PV) literature monitoring solution.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or similar role
  • Bachelor degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working closely with global customers on international projects with multiple teams
  • Ability to lead customer discussions, conduct product demos, and provide solutions to customer problems
  • Relevant project experience, working with project management, engineering, and quality assurance
  • Detail-oriented and desire to become a product subject matter expert in pharmacovigilance for medical literature monitoring
  • Experience working in a GxP or related environment with SOPs, change control, and work instructions
  • Ability to manage several complex tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to plan and execute creative solutions to complex challenges
What You Will Be Doing
  • Perform product configuration based on customer requirements
  • Create and edit data gathering workbooks, run configuration workshops
  • Work closely with product, sales, technology, development operations teams, and project management
  • Interpret and understand customer requirements and workflows and translate into solutions that accelerate implementations
  • Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems
  • Support customers during hyper-care after go-live to ensure successful implementation

You will be reporting to our Product Management Director based in the US.
