Job Title: Implementation Consultant

At Baxter Planning, we are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the tactical executable tasks for our overall project implementation, including requirement/data validation and system configuration for new client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business requirements and system configuration for new client implementations
  • Conduct functional testing and migration activities
  • Work directly with customers to collect and review project requirements
  • Act in a consultative capacity, advising customers on best practices and alternative design decisions
  • Manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple customers across multiple time zones
  • Keep well-documented requirements gathered from customers and provide weekly updates
  • Research and troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for customer requirements
  • Coordinate with different teams to get a customer environment implementation-ready, UAT-ready, and PROD-ready
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Experience in After-Market Services / Logistics / Supply Chain industry desirable
  • Proven track record of ability to execute customer program portfolio of projects and services
  • Proactive approach to managing customer projects and overall business strategies
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the corporate hierarchy
