Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process
- Performing data migrations and advancing configuration and integration activities
- Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of our consultancy service
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years' experience in Microsoft SQL
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce as Administrator or Architect
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- A strong focus on quality and service
Prior experience in Intellectual Property and/or legal industries is highly desirable, as is certification in Salesforce Administration or Architecture.
