Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Clarivate Analytics. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will provide technical expertise to our clients, perform data migrations, and advance configuration and integration activities as part of our consultancy service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation team with providing estimates for data migration, data updates, and other technical client requests
- Support the implementation team with data migrations and data updates
- Handle configuration requests and provide quick and efficient solutions

Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in Microsoft SQL
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce as Administrator or Architect
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong focus on quality and service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Architect certifications
- Experience of Intellectual Property and/or legal industries
- Experience of working with a Legal /Partner environment
- Experience of working in Microsoft Azure
- Experience in development tools, such as ASP.Net C# development in Visual Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications such as Access, Visio, Teams, SharePoint365
