Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Fyst. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting cycle, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting cycle, including financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with accounting software
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Higher education in accounting or finance
  • Previous experience in preparing annual reports and financial statements
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Experience with IFRS and accounting standards in various jurisdictions
