Job Responsibilities
As an Accounting Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Financial Transactions
Accurately inputting financial transactions into our accounting software and recording financial data.
Accounts Payable and ReceivableProcessing invoices, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring timely payment.
Bank ReconciliationReconciling bank statements with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
General Ledger MaintenancePosting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger to ensure up-to-date financial records.
Financial ReportingAssisting in the preparation of financial statements and annual accounts to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
Expense TrackingVerifying expense reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Documentation and FilingOrganizing and maintaining financial records, ensuring documentation is in compliance with accounting standards.
Software and SystemsUtilizing accounting software and Excel proficiently to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
To be a successful candidate, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education
You are in your final year of your degree or master's program in Finance and Accounting.
AgreementYou have the possibility to sign an agreement with a university, school, or study centre.
LanguageYou are fluent in English (level C1).
SkillsYou possess excellent organisation skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
